Who We Are
At the intersection of faith, healing, and community, we are a movement committed to breaking generational cycles of silence and dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health—particularly in the Black faith community. We believe that therapy and theology are not in conflict—they are tools for transformation. Our work is grounded in truth, compassion, and the unshakable belief that healing is holy.
What We Do
Through our conferences, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and community initiatives, we:
Equip individuals and churches with tools for emotional wellness
Create safe spaces for real conversations around mental health
Empower leaders to integrate mental health awareness into ministry
Challenge the myths and stigmas that keep people suffering in silence
Promote culturally relevant strategies for healing and wholeness

Our Core Values
1. Faith & Mental Health Belong Together
We believe that trusting God and seeking help are not opposites—they are both acts of faith.
2. Cultural Relevance Matters
We honor the lived experiences, language, and history of the Black community in all we do.
3. Healing Is a Journey
We support progress over perfection and embrace every step toward wholeness.
4. Community Is Sacred
We believe healing happens best in community, not isolation.
5. Truth Telling Sets Us Free
We are committed to honest, compassionate conversations that lead to freedom.
Together, We Heal
Our goal is to create a safe space for healing, understanding, and growth, fostering connections between faith and mental health awareness.
We invite you to be a part of this growing movement. Whether you're here to learn, lead, or heal—there’s a seat at the table for you.
