Rachell Nord-Rouseau, MA, LPC, NCC

With over 23 years of dedicated experience in mental health as a therapist, Rachell is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), specializing in working with children, families, couples, and individuals navigating trauma. Her career provides a deep understanding of the complex emotional and psychological challenges faced by diverse populations. Rachell holds a Master's of Arts in Professional Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and is licensed in Missouri. She is also licensed telehealth provider in Florida, Louisiana, and New Jersey. Her therapeutic approach is based on empathy, evidence-based practices, and a commitment to fostering healing and resilience. She has expertise in trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, child and adolescent therapy, as well as couples counseling.

Known for creating a safe and supportive environment, Rachell empowers clients to explore their feelings and work toward positive change. She has helped many individuals and families navigate life's difficulties, build healthy relationships, and recover from traumatic experiences.
